Positive: Location is a real plus. Close to shopping and restaurants. 18th fairway of a nice golf course right out your back door off a large lanai. A great view including the ocean across the fairway and 10th green, and beyond that thru some trees you see the ocean. Plenty of beach toys and towels for the pools and ocean at the complex. Great grill and dining area on lanai.
Negative: Property does not cool sufficiently with just ceiling fans and floor fans. Kitchen sufficiently stocked with pans, dishes, and glassware but the dishwasher does poor job on glassware. Film buildup on everything glass. Maybe hard water but none the less, it's there. One thing I would recommend is a meat thermometer for the grill folks.
Summary: Pleasant, relaxing, and kept busy with golf and sightseeing. Be ready for WARM!
